About Us
Philly 15th is the Fairmount, Francisville, and Spring Garden branch of the Democratic Party.
We are a group of local Democrats elected by our neighbors every four years. Our mission is to increase voter turnout, educate voters, strengthen community engagement, and elect quality Democrats up and down the ballot!
